I have a 2007 KW W900. I can only get the air to blow at my feet no matter what position the dash switch. Can anyone point me in the right direction to check for problems. Thanks, Phil

The switch might be bad or it could be the motor at the blend door. If you can find the harness for the motor on the blend door you can put a volt meter on it when you change the switch to see if it changes. If it changes then it would be your blend door. If it doesn't change then it would be your switch.

I found the problem. A pen or something had fallen into the defrost vent and stuck the door from moving. Thanks for the help.
