Fuel filter gauge reading @20. Truck is dieseling/run-on. Strong fuel smell and rough idle first three min of start up. Failed leakage test for #1. New fuel pressure sensor. New metering/timing units. Adjusted overhead. New turbo/actuator. Passes all 6 cyl cut out test. Timing is correct.
