    I booked a load this morning then realized that I wouldnt have enough time make it home in time for something really important. So I called the agent that I booked the load with 10 min later and explained the situation told him to take me off the load becuase I wasnt gonna be able to complete it and he said ok. I checked the landstar connect app 2 hrs later and im still assigned to load what should I do ? will I get in trouble for cancelling this load and how to remove it from my truck

    Did you call the BCO hotline number? Was it verbal or by email, that you got out of load?
