Las Vegas mass shooting, updated as of this hour

I-15 is closed as is the Vegas Strip.

Lone Local Resident was a shooter from the 32nd floor of Mandalay Bay Hotel vs a open air concert on H91 highway. He has managed to kill 20+ and wound 100+ more, at least 14 of these are critical.

Police presser says they are hunting asian companian by name and description, BOLO and APB out on two cars with Nevada plates registered to downed (Killed) shooter. Airspace above vegas is essentially closed.

Things have calmed down in the last few hours. I would imagine when the sun comes up and the media cranks into overdrive we will all learn more details as it goes along this day.

Original first person videos exist online from the first moments of the shooting, I evaluate it as 30 round clips emptied, changed in silence and emptied new clip in automatic fire. Over and over before the crowd started taking off.

This might well become a very big deal in our history as I do not recall other than the University Tower shooting in Texas long ago that took many lives.

I am celebrating the good kill from the Law that responded quickly and filled the entire strip. I have been following live stream tv from vegas online in addition to my dish that exploded in live coverage this morning.

I feel very fortunate that this is not a organized ISIS attack with several gunmen and automatic weapons in each of the hotel upper floors on that entire strip. It would have been horrific. There are about a mile and change of massive casinos and hotels along there. Perfect for such a terrible act.

I will venture to spectulate that if they have not improved security vs people walking around with long guns now, they are fixing to do so really quickly. We cannot endure anymore of those attacks. Especially as ISIS is being destroyed as we speak in Syria and other lands.

If you are intending to roll 15 into or near Vegas, forget it. I'll take a reset if I were you or route around the city at this hour.
