Leased my truck out to a company, have made NO money so far.

So in other words this guy didn’t do anything “wrong” per se, unless you count allowing himself to be taken advantage of by a dead-beat.

 

Working it with 2 trucks, but the overhead is extremely low and there are additional lines of income.

Or he could go to In and pull campers. You know theres millions to be made doing that. Kid not far from me. Went to school, learned how to fix outboard engines.
That winter he was not getting much work. so he took off to In to pull campers. I Told him he would not see a profit. But low and behold 4 months later he showed me.. Yes he had made 2300.00 profit in 4 months. Truck was trashed out, needed new tires. Engine was using oil. And get this he owned more in taxes then he thought he had in profits.

 

He made a mistake,whats the use of pointing out whats already done?

 

If in that situation,like others have said ,see the all invoices from shipments to whats paid to the driver and truck. Break even my ##*. Maybe with a truck payment,but you dont seem to have one. Even then. If they start bs'ing around, consult an attorney . Also,google the attorneys reviews before selecting. GL
