Is it possible to lease/ lease to own a truck/ trailer for a new CDL driver who has no experience?
How does experience factor in if I am trying to go this route:
1) Will I pay more for a lease since I don't have experience?
2) What changes if I get 3-6 months experience?
3) Would I need to get my own authority going this route even though I'm not owner operator?
Ideally, I would like to be O/O but not in the best financial position right now. Please let me know your thoughts. This is my first post and I just got my class A 10 days ago.

Check USA Truck. Their program lets drivers pick their loads and run where they want to.

Thank you Chinatown - they seem to have a cool program - I will give them a call to get more info. Thank you!
Jarhed1964 and Chinatown Thank this. -
Just my opinion but you might want to get some experience on someone else’s dime before you jump right in. First you might want to make sure you even enjoy trucking first. Second to the outside world trucking seems pretty easy but it isn’t. There are a lot of headaches you might want to make sure you want to put up with before you jump in head first. Either way good luck!

I hear you BigBob410 - its the real truth - weather I like or not - its the reality - I need to work in the industry first to see if this is for me or not instead of jumping head first... Thank you for putting things into prospective...
