So this place has 5 loading racks , 2 products. 4 racks do one of the products and the 5 th rack does the second product.

So I'm coming in the gate see a truck pulling off the scale and he pulls under the 5 th rack (which I need). The rest of the place is empty. So now I'm F 'd...

I scale in and realize the guy parked under the rack and is in the bathroom .... I make a coffee and pull my truck behind his. He still isn't at the rack....

When he comes out I tell him the protocol as I learned .

Don't screw around on the scale or under a loading rack...there were a few colorful words included...park out of the way and do whatever you want to.

    Am I wrong...?

    Nope, not wrong at all.
And good for you for speaking up, hopefully this driver will stop this inconsiderate behavior.

Same old me first screw the other guy. If you load yourself I would have parked his truck off in a corner and gone ahead and loaded.

Big time Ahole move on his part and incredibly lazy. Here, he would have been blacklisted for it.

Serious breach of professional ettiquette, IMO. OP, I believe you were totally right to roast that mallethead.

I can't believe a carded driver would even have the nerve to pull that ####.

I hope he got a lockout.....

You should of talked to him in a very soft voice over a cup of hot chocolate about how you were feeling about him detaining you.
    NOT!!!
I do think you let him off easy though because I didn't hear that there was any blood shed.
