LED Headlight Upgrade for 1997 FLD 112

Make sure the lights have the DOT stamped into the lights.
That's a DOT oos violation if they can't find anything else.

 

They are better than the sealed beam halogens..

I had em in a '93 FLD 120
Plug and play
Heater comes on at the pre set temp by itself..

Went with Truck lite on my 95, low beams only. No heat

If they iced over I just turned on the halogen highs till I could pull up & scrape em off..

 

Can't say about the Evo X model but I have the heated ones in 2 different trucks. We like them. We run alot of county and state roads in addition to interstates and they light up the road good. Make sure to aim them properly and you won't have any problems.

 

No such thing as DOT approved, the DOT does not approve any thing.
