    OK, you said he wrote you a parking ticket for parking on a road you were not on.
    Was this a case of, i was parked on 1st Street and the ticket says i was parked on Jupiter Ave.? You must be local, as you have time to spend mitigating a non-moving violation that would have no effect on your MVR. The ol saying, "But its the principle of the thing" can end up costing more than the fine for the infraction.
