I'm a safety trainer for a Ltl company. Trying to get info on Limited Quantity shipments and the regulations that guide them. Can any body direct me to a credible site that provides up to date guide lines? Thanks!

The shipper certifies it to be limited quantity by the nature of the packaging, minimal amounts, etc.

That's it. No placards, no special shipping notations and no HM on the CDL..

now load it into a container and the pier will require the IMCO placard that is required overseas looks like a black diamond with a white section for numbers but no numbers, symbols or class numbers....

I’ve had shipments of fire extinguishers sometimes billed as limited quantity, and sometimes an identical shipment wouldn’t be, so placards would be required.
