List of Dedicated Accounts

I Had to rescue a P&G load that I was told would cost us 5k for late Del. Don't know about the 25k figure though.

 

Does a team need to work for USxpress for a certain amount of time before they can apply for a dedicated account? How often do dedicated accounts become available?

USxpress is advertising a dedicated run from our home town Knoxville to New Orleans. Hubby doesn't like the thoughts of it because of New Orleans being a mean town, and he hates the "boring" drive from Knoxville to there. But I'm thinking it would be better to hire onto a dedicated account, if possible, rather than hire on to OTR. I told hubby that we could carry protection with us in New Orleans and try to get a different dedicated run when one comes open.

We are looking at different options, looking for a different company to drive for. We are not making very good money as a team where we are at. The miles just aren't there like we hoped they would be. And we are only making .31cpm. USxpress would be a big pay raise for us.
