Hi guys, here I am making a stop in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio right now. Running out of the warehouse. image.jpg

You can see I've got the lift gate trailer pretty cool.
Any how working in the road division this week handling the over flows and stuff. I must say I could get used to this it's so far a lot of docks and pulling off pallets with a pallet jack. Big difference from 28' route running division.

However Sunday I started work at 11:00pm at night ran a single trailer to the warehouse then grabbed a loaded trailer at the warehouse and headed for Cleveland to do a hospital and High School.

Well my boss calls me and we were out of tractors at are yard in Cleveland which wasn't good. So I got to the hospital backed the truck in the dock unloaded and boogied to our yard in Cleveland. Unhooked my trailer and hooked the tractor to a 28' trailer that had a full route on it and needed to go.

See I dropped my trailer it's still sitting there I think didn't see it at the warehouse this morning. Any how the high school was still in that trailer and we had no tractor to pull it .
As Bat For Lashes would say "What's a girl to do?"
Well the solution was to break down 5 pallets and load them into the cargo and take a long van. So we did that and it came off alright and drove to the high school. They were expecting there tractor trailer shipment and were surprised when we showed up in 2 vans.
Any how about that time it was 9:30am and I was rather tired because I didn't sleep the day before. Anyhow went home slept for maybe 4 hours got up had diner and then received orders to go to Pittsburgh so I'm staying in Pittsburgh at a hotel the rest of the week.
They were trying to avoid that, but it didn't work. Over all though so far besides it being night time which isn't that bad. I like the road division and helping out.

Any how day wasn't to bad got to drive the truck through the truck wash that was fun. Hanging out at the hotel used the hotel Gym and made a phone call to dispatch. Tomorrows is a volumee truck load which makes sense because I'm helping the volume truck division. So, so far so good. Got to use the lift gate truck that was fun. Where should I eat diner tomorrow? Had a big lunch today so no diner tonight.

Had one stop today. 26 pallets took the whole truck. It was kind of a challenge but I persevered through. Good times good times.
Yeah loaded up 30,000lbs! I had a heavy pallet of frying oil loaded up right on the back it was a big pain to get off.
