FWIW, I interviewed with Diesel Direct. The pay discussed on the phone was a lie and was lowered 25% at the interview. Several other important details were changed as well, including work location (another state) and shift hours.
Turn out they have some turnover, so the initial sales pitch about growth was not true as well.
I'd reckon them to be a local version of the big OTR carriers, very corporatised and procedure-bound and full of it in general. If you love working for "investors" this is the place for you.
