Hello,
I want to ask if anyone could point me in the right direction.
Where can I find information about past tickets (or pending tickets) on a truck. Also would like to find information about a driver. Maybe a way to do a background trucking check.
I'm not a driver myself, just helping out a friend who has a company. If you need anymore information I can ask and supply it.
Thanks,

Every year, my driving record gets requested by my personal auto insurance, the company I drive for, and the insurance company that insures the trucks for the company I drive for.
Call whatever organization is in charge of issuing driver licenses in your state. Ask them how to submit for employee driving records. -
Thanks Curt,
Checked out the Texas DPS and you can request (or rather purchase) your driving record. So that's a start.
I still was wondering if there is are some specific trucking sites that provide information across state lines. Maybe a trucking committee ??
Thanks again! -
Most companies use a service called DAC/USIS to check out potential hires. It contains information submitted by previous employers.
