Ahh, looks like I struck cord. Wannabe schnider driver.. naaa would not go that far. They are a good company and has there ups and downs just as any other company. I post here becuse I enjoy the company of the people here most are insightful and are just a good bunch of folks. Tho unfortunately the same cant be said for you as you troll thur the board looking for pretty much anything to start a fight or put someone down. Its ok moosc show us on the dolly where the bad man touched you...

I also what to address your point of a dispatch system vs picking your own loads. Why it is true Knight uses a dispatch system my relationship with my Driver manager allows me an enormous amount of freedom. I can choose loads if I like and I do use this option if needed. On the other hand this driver manager has been dispatching me for years now and im one of only 5 drivers he manages. He over that time has gotten to know me and where I like to run. He knows the runs I like and keeps me there.

My point to all this is even tho I have a dispatcher I can run like I dont if I choose to. So your comparison of the 2 systems is totally mute. When in essence I am doing exactly what they are doing.
