Can anyone point me in the right direction for a good to decent locking gas cap for a western star? The one I am using is contrary to operate and kinda costley.

Forget the locking cap. Can be broken into. Look at the anti siphon inserts that are pressed into the filler neck.

They have one way locks and can't be removed easily.

    Google "fuel tank accessories"
