I recieved a qc message to acknowledge hos counseling for log violations,what is swifts policy.As far as i know i should only recieve verbal counseling for the first violation,but am being asked to acknowledge a write up.Any help with Swifts log policy/penalties would be helpful.I have tried to find it on driver services,but haven't so far.Thanks
Think you're reading too far into it, if they are asking you to acknowledge HOS Counseling, then I would deduce from that that they are just asking you to verify that someone talked to you. Anywho, the driver's handbook is on the driver portal. If I had the time, I would look it up, but I do not.
it means the safety dept or log dept has a quick talk with you about it and then you have a macro on your qualcomm you enter a code they give you and send it and thats it, I had one once but Im not with them anymore
