    Hey guys,
I'm planning on buying a new truck and am considering a lease purchase with Lone Mountain. I am unable to purchase through a bank but I do have good credit and will be putting down $20,000.00 getting my weekly payments on a new Volvo down to $475.00 per week...my question is has anyone here had any firsthand experience with Lone Mountain? Or does anyone have experience with a reputable truck lender?
    Thanks in advance.

Have you tried a Volvo dealer for financing? With $20k and good credit, I'd be surprised if they wouldn't finance you.

Well the one I did go to in KCMO wanted me to have more experience and to buy more than one and on top of that he said the interest rate would be 20%! He mentioned Lone Mountain

sad part is someone somewhere probably took that deal at 20%..

Find another dealer or buy off an individual and use a regular bank or credit union..

I got a USED truck from Lone Mountain. Seemed like decent people. I put $6500 down and got a used truck and pay $1475 per month. If you are getting a NEW truck, you should be fine. I had an issue with the DPF filter and they said they had it cleaned before I bought the truck, but I still needed to get it "baked" to get the truck running right. They paid half of my repair bill and since then I have not had any other issues with the truck. (Knock on fake wood dash panel!) So, I had a good experience with them.

Have had a truck with Lone Mountain since Jan of 2014. Used prostar. Had some mechanic issues with it, but they deferred a payment for us when the turbo went out, so no complaints.

Is the inventory Lone Mountain has on their website the only inventory they have? Or do they have more used trucks that's not listed on the website?
