hello i am a truck driver myself.but my son is looking for a good company to learn everything from where they do the actual training and the schooling for someone that has never drove a truck or a stick shift. And that I also get paid during the training something for someone that lives in Alabama. Where they do not have to pay up front

How old is your son? Some hire as young as 21.

OK, good; plenty of options. These provide meals & lodging during school.
Roehl Transport pays $500 a week while in their cdl school. They're the only company that pays while in school. Hair follicle drug test.
Here's some more though that provide meals & lodging and school is free if he agrees to work there 12 months.
Contract Freighters (www.cfidrive.com) coast to coast dry van.
    Evergreen Transport - Evergreen,AL
Stevens Transport - coast to coast refrigerated.
FFE (Frozen Food Express) - coast to coast refrigerated.
    Maverick Transportation - flatbed
There's a few more; if you're interested, let me know.

    Prime is refrigerated/tanker/flatbed.
Since he wants van, look at Contract Freighters www.cfidrive.com) or Roehl Transport National Van Fleet.
Millis Transfer is van, but he will need $500.00 upfront for fees.
He can do ok with Roehl or Contract Freighters.
