Some run I-40 and some run I-40 to I-24 to I-70 to Denver then jump up to I-80.

You could check craigslist in wyoming and see who has ads for drivers in wyoming and than do your research on where they go. Also check some outfits out of south dakota, mn.,wi, that go to california or utah, nev,that go through wyoming and they might have turns going to tennessee. Good luck.
