Ive got 2 1/2 years OTR experience, based out of Southern CA, and considering going O/O. Would like to start looking at trucks, any recommendations on places to look in this area?

Lot of dealerships in fontana area off of valley. Google it. Should find something that sparks your interest.

The Ritchie Bros auction in Perris can yield some good deals. I recommend going to an auction first to see how it works and have a plan for when you are going "for real". IMHO buy on the 2nd or 3rd day from a fleet offering. For example a fleet of 25 identical models you want. Buyers with a winning bid will then be asked how many of the 25 they want and then bidding reopens for the remaining balance of the fleet. Wait until there are a few left and you may be surprised to see the deal that can be made.
