I'm not "pissed off" and FYI don't even have my AZ licence yet. And trust me, if I ever wanted help with regards to an accident you would not be the first person I would call upon. Your offer to help rings hollow, but that's just my opinion.
Regardless, I don't need to be a licenced truck driver to know when and where not to put my car. Blind spots are and always have been a big no-no for me, but it seems to be a concept you still don't understand. If you feel that strongly that you have a case to fight the government and insurance companies in court, more power to you and I honestly wish you the best of luck. But trolling for answers on a trucking forum with regards to your legal issue will do nothing for your cause and give you no useful data to help your cause - that is what your lawyer is supposed to do. Finding a sympathetic ear has no bearing on the outcome of a legal decision. Do YOU get it now?
Looking for advice (insurance fault)
