I'm an o/o using bisions mc number, just purchased a second truck and looking to hire my first employee's. I'm looking to hire an established team ( 1 year min working together) 2 years bare minimum experience each.

As a small business I can 1099 you or w2 depending your preference. You would determine your home time and schedule, I personally take home time ever other 70 hr clock ( one 34 on the road , longer one at home ) dispatchers are very good about getting you home when you want or need to be , only had 3 times in past 2plus years that I was home 12 hrs later then I expected to be.

 

Avg pay should come out to 2k per teammate per week
