    Hey folks,

I've had a cdl-B for 20 years, drove all kinds of construction vehicles. I'm looking for a full time job now, if anyone knows of a OTR SOLO job or you need a driver, let me know!

I'm based in NJ, have a Tanker endorsement and spotless driving record.

I'm also open to driving a Sprinter or non-CDL box truck.

    Thanks!

Took me less than 60 seconds to find these. I'd suggest looking in the Midwest. I've seen sprinter van jobs posted before that sounded very tempting.

Class B CDL with tanker puts you in a good position to do driveaway transport. It isn't very glamorous, and there are a lot of contract positions that will take advantage of you, but it can be rewarding. I have been involved with driveaway transport of new and used tow trucks and car haulers for a long time and it has been good for me.

Check out Iron Tiger Logistics, which is the union employee side of Truck movers, Bennett Driveaway (all contractor), Active USA (also a union carrier, full-time job, although I think they require a class A), Lonestar Driveaway, Star Fleet (does mostly buses and RVs) or just search for driveaway jobs. Also, if you have a big truck dealer near you go ask to speak with their Fixed Operations Manager or Sales Manager, they may be looking for a truck driver to deliver their trucks for them. Most dealerships call this a porter, so the job posting doesn't typically show up in normal truck driver searches.
