Looking for Class A TEAM DRIVERS OTR 48 States

We're a family owned carrier company consisting of 6 sleeper power units and 6 reefer trailers. We chase spot markets leaving out of Florida to ALL 48 states.

We mainly outbound with asparagus and/or flowers then we shoot to the NE or midwest then to west coast. If not, we go directly to the west coast and back to the NE or Florida to complete the trip. If the team wants to stay out longer we will come up with a strategy and execute it accordingly. One thing to know is that we go where the money is any time of the year. We're looking for longterm relationships with teams to grow our fleet.

Requirements:
*2yrs min with Class A
*99% clean MVR record
*Willing to drive anywhere
*Know how to operate reefers (TK & Carriers)
*Good COMMUNICATION skills
*Technologically inclined
*Employment application and drug test


-We pay solos $.50 CPM with an average of 3500 miles pr/week
-We pay teams $.55 CPM with an avg of 7500 miles in an 8 day week or about 20,000 miles pr/mo
