Must have good reference. Driver pay will be around .55 cent per loaded mile on loads coming out.. Excellent job with great equipment.

What about empty miles? Or are you expecting someone to do that portion of the JOB free of charge?

Don`t expect nothing free. I don`t pay empty miles but loaded miles pay pretty good. Easy run out of the South. Its a good job for someone if they can meet my requirements.

Usually the loads out of South FLA to OH/PA is around 12 to 1300 miles. Driver pay should be somewhere between 750.00 and 800.00 on trips out. I put .55 cause I figure that would be the lowest pay. Going
back into the South depending on the time of year driver pay could run has high or maybe lower cause most of time it will be broker load going back south.

So the driver pay is flexible based on what you’re getting paid for the load?
    Good luck with that

So after they deliver in Ohio or PA and you book a load 60 miles away from them, they now have to drive those 60 miles unpaid?

I understand not paying empty miles but only when it’s a drop and hook gig. Not when you’re booking loads off the board.

You want the job for .50 a mile, every mile you would run I think I can do that. You would be getting. 50 for all empty miles you run also. Pretty good for empty miles.
