Hello,
On December 17th, much of Central NY State experienced a heavy snow storm. At 1:30pm on Dec 17th, my friend lost her French Bulldog on Route 38 about 1/2 mile from Newark Valley NY. My friend spotted a tractor trailer stopped on her road and at that point, didn't know her dog was missing. She is wondering if the driver spotted her dog and due to the extreme snow, rescued it from the highway. Please, pass the word to the trucking community and if there is another forum I could post this, let me know.
