Looking For good solo refrigerated company

America's Service Line is run by a bunch of liberal turds. All kinds of stupid rules like having to fuel in the yard in the am. You'll have like 10 trucks in line to fuel @ 4am. You can't even pick up your bills, until after you fuel. You'll burn an hour off your clock, before you even leave the yard. Stupid idle policies. Just stupid micromanagement.

I’ll disagree, not having a good experience with them right now. Been with them 1 1/2 years, for over a year I got home weekly for minimum 34 reset. Past 3 months I have been forced to do recaps on forced dispatch loads, I’ve demanded to get my reset time for my own mental health,professional safety, and my family. it’s only been helped by promises of “I’ll give you extra time off next week,” for that time off to just be a 34. I’m regional, not OTR— if I wanted to run like that I would. But I signed up regional, I was told in orientation and my dispatch id get 34 at home weekly upon hire. Anytime it’s not 34reset it’s been forced recap schedule and I sat home for 22hrs max- what point was it in going home?? It’s force dispatch company so if you don’t go, you’ll get written up or worse abandon truck/load (fired). Yes, I’ve talked to dispatch and HR they don’t give a ####. Granted anytime I’ve asked for dr appt etc they have been honored except 1 time. 5yr experience starter pay is at .62 cents along with the drop pay is average in my opinion... you can get per diem but then your pay is split mine right now is .46 mile and .17 cent per diem…however you don’t accrue PTO, only get 1 day for your first year and it doesn’t increase much until 5yrs. You can get up to 3300 in safety bonuses in the year- last year I averaged 2700$ in safety bonus. You don’t get performance based raises or bonus- only get a cent raise every 5 years UNLESS they decide to give all the drivers a cent raise (which they did this year claiming it was a 3 million $ investment). only reason I’ve stayed is because of the health insurance- it’s really good.
don’t believe their BS of “we support drivers, we get you home”… they don’t care it’s lies.

Yeah I’ve been thinking about coming over to Walmart..no openings close to me right now, unless I decide to drive back and forth to nearest DC. my uncle has said he gets consistent home time. Works literally Monday to Friday currently.
