I am currently job searching and I was wondering if anyone is/was employed by Medline. I am looking for any and all information; pay, dispatch, schedule, literally anything would help me out.
The pay ranges that they give on their website vary a lot (why do they always do that). They saw between 23-32 an hour, but that difference is huge. I wouldn't want to work for 23 an hour, but around 32 is fine, so what is it?
Thanks![]()

Starting pay vs Top pay.

That's a great pay spread. It means those with experience and clean backgrounds will make more as they should.
Lots of places try to start everyone at the same rate and personally I think that's BS. Why should an experienced driver get paid what a newb does? Or why should a newb get paid what an experienced guy gets? We're not all equal neither should our pay be.
What makes you think you're worth top pay? -
I really have no knowledge I’ve seen there trucks they advertise a lot in Charlotte area for drivers always I take that as a problem with a company but again I don’t know about them.you would have to see what the actual pay is in your area.it could be northern terminals are at the 32 an hour and southern terminals 23.I think they do medical supplies
