Looking for team driver OTR, dryvan, anywhere

I have the truck, the company with consistent loads and great pay. I am looking for someone with not only the experience, but the patience to guide me with the backing (I am still struggling with this). I am from Michigan, the company is based out of Ohio, however we can pick and choose which area we want to run. Dispatch is professional, understanding and no forced loads.

My apologies everyone, I need to put more details that noticed after reading other posts.
1) my home is in Michigan, however I need to make money so I don't mind living out of the truck for weeks/months at a time.
2) Company is based out of Ohio (they offered me the position if I find an experienced driver with the patience to guide me)
3) I have had my CDL since 2019, however technically only have a few of months OTR experience.
4) Pay is .90/mile for every mile empty/loaded split.
5) I am a smoker and would prefer someone thay doesn't mind the smoking in the truck.
6) Dryvan no touch freight, mostly USPS loads, however never forced loads.
