Looking for Team Driver out of Dallas Area.

I'm about to start driving again after taking about 5 months off to be with a family member while they were going through cancer.
I've got 6 years of experience and am a none- smoker.
I have only one accident on record in a personal vehicle over 4 years ago.
Will get hazmat if team driver already has an account setup that requires it.
I'm currently applying to Forward Air and Averett. I like the idea of terminal to terminal driving.
Team Driver needs to be none smoker and ok with at least 2 weeks out.
I prefer a team driver who uses headphones while driving instead of blaring the radio while I sleep.
Willing to drive night or day.
No pets.
