I just got a call from bugman milk hauling. no, its not a huge company but it's run by a decent owner. he offers double pay on holidays, quarterly safety bonus, and profit sharing at 6% of my gross pay.... this is a retirement plan. he has other bonuses like a $600 Christmas bonus, he has decent equipment. he sells trailers and buys new when they are 6 years old. my wife's cousin is working there and he's pretty content. I have known the owner for a number of years, I used to receive his milk at the plant I used to work at. he always seemed like a good guy. the owner's name is jeff, he also strictly only buys manual shift trucks. if you have a license restriction or cannot shift a truck, you cannot work for him.

he manages milk transportation for a total of 36 farms, I would learn about 10 farms..... all within Wyoming county (county I live in)

You remind of bubba the shrimp guy in forest gump.
    He knew everything about shrimp.
Your a milk connoisseur. You know all the ins and outs
    Of the milk industry.
I can't believe you haven't started your own milk farm yet.

Not picking up 10 farms a day, but those 10 will be the farms I deal with. Could be allot of every other day stops. Also He said something about starting as a relief driver.

10 years is a long time to be working in a given industry. I've recieved milk at two plants. I already know the owner of the company I will likely be going to. I already know some of his drivers.

Sounds like you're still hedging your bet. Analysis paralysis can be a terrible thing. What's it going to take for you to move on?
