Looks like I'm going to Crete

Sadly, this is typical miscommunication at Crete, and easily the most frustrating part of working for them. Just passed my first year on the 7th of Feb. Best of luck at Swift. Stay safe.

 

does crete let you take the truck home or do u have to park it at one of there yards

 

Unless you live close to a yard, you shouldn't have any trouble taking the truck home.

 

i live in northwest PA about an hour south of Erie on 79, i think they said there was one over around allentown which is where the recuiter said i would go, do u know much about there home weekly fleet

 

The small yard at Allentown is no more. Wasn't much more than a dirt lot anyway. I'm on the 21-day fleet, and generally drop and lock up my trailer about five miles from home, then bobtail to the house.

And quite a few companies are removing four of the batteries for less weight and cost. Driver comfort? Yeah right....

 

well crete shot me down, my student placement office said they are pretty sure they know why, i think they are right, i just think its wrong that crete said no, so the hunt continues lol
