Looks Like Some Are Getting Fed Up...

LS, Mercer and GW have been getting by on the premise that they are "independent agents" and using that as an excuse to basically justify these parasitic piss poor business practices. The way I see it is if they're LS, Mercer or GW than they all need to adhere to the same standards. I don't deal with any of them anymore. I'm not taking any more gambles on whether or not it's a good agent. That's total BS. Too many Brokers out there to give a shot too than risk my financial earnings on one that's already proven to be scum-like.

 

The same as LS and Greatwide as I've mentioned in my post. It's not as often as the the other two offenders but they also pull the same exact routine.
