It's the rear engine support bolts that keep loosening

Are the rear engine mounts woreout? Put some lock tight on the threads then spin them in. I would also replace the bolts with new. Betting the bellhousing has worn on the bracket which means uneven surface letting them wiggle loose. Maybe a new bellhousing replacement in your future.

Like super said. New bolts and washers and cover with red locktight. Install and tighten them as tight as you can get them. If they still come loose then yes you could have other issues. Honestly i dont think they will back off again after doing this thou.

    SAR Thanks this.

use new bolts the same length and locktite.
Be careful tightening too tight and stripping out the threaded hole
that bolt is going into - if it is Aluminum.
Absolutly needs a new washer and lockwasher also.
Aircraft trick is to crossdrill 1/8" hole in heads of bolts and safety wire them.

I would use new bolts, washers and Loctite and find out what Paccar recommends the bolts should be torqued to with a torque wrench, as if they are properly torqued they shouldn't come loose.
