I talked to my brother who worked for a company that supplied the bolts for the engines, and he said, and maybe this was covered, the mechanics took a shortcut mounting the engine, and put undue stress on the bolts. Too early in the investigation, but somebodies aXX is in the hot seat. I suppose the only salvation here was it wasn't a passenger jet.
