Our tortilla substitute is Roti flat bread made with chick peas. "Irresistible brand in Canada. They taste better than corn/flour tortillas IMO and zero carbs. Frequent protein source is jackfruit,,,it will absorb any flavour.

Congratulations!!! That’s amazing progress that you’ve accomplished. I’m glade that you loss weight to avoid all of those headache testing. Keep up with the good work. I know it’s very hard to do for some people. Because you are like “limited” what you can eat while on a diet.
Even though a lot of truck drivers are over weight and have to do these test every DOT physical test. So the more you do, the better your health will be out on the road. Also, no more doctor appointments as much like you used to because you’re not at a risk for other health problems.
