I worked in food service, so I understand what you're saying.
I think you have to decide what would stress you the least and what you would enjoy. Do you like to travel and be gone overnight or do you need to be home every day?
Do you want to work more alone or do you want more human interaction?
The least stressful driving job I ever had I think was delivering Auto Parts in a tractor trailer.
And even that, thinking back, was because the job was cool and the management was cool.
The paperwork was always ready, it was easy to get in and out in the morning and night, you did your route nobody rushed you, nobody ever bothered you as long as you did your job.
For what I was doing that job had a lot of Independence. I enjoyed it.
