Ok, so I have a 2016 KW T680. Every other day after a full day run, I will get LVD alarms after 3 to 4 hours into my break. Not sure where to start looking for the problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Check your battery connections and battery, on most LVD's they are usually set to go off when it senses that the battery voltage is falling below 12 volts.

Even though your truck is not that old, you could also have a bad battery/batteries, or it could be a defective LVD.

Check for loose corroded wiring, cables.

    Have the batteries tested.

A dealer can lower the LVD voltage settings or disable it completely.
It is caused by dirty connections, bad batteries or too high of a current draw.

    I had the same problem.

    2016 T680

Cleaned all the battery terminals and cables. Replaced two jumpers. Cleaned the LVD connections.

    Problem solved.

Test all your batteries after the truck has been off for a couple hrs.

I had same problem a while back and ran a ground wire from engine block to ground on starter, problem solved. This is regarding the no-start post. Completely agree with the low voltage connections fix.
