Well I'm still researching the matter. I'm looking into two speed rears also but I'm not finding much info on the web. Can a person just swap out the carrier in my existing rear ends to change to two speed or do you have to swap out the complete axle? What are common ratios?
When you do a Google search for 2 speed rears, all that comes up is 2-ton truck type axles with electric shift.
