No, rates are thru the roof. You can throw a rock and hit $3-$4 + per mile in any direction right now. Booked one yesterday for one of my trucks, Tallahasse market to Chattanooga market, for $1000 on about ~350 miles (standard 1 and 1 dry van load, FCFS on both ends). That is insane. In march you could barely get half that going the opposite direction.
