Knocked out a little over 600 to KY from Fort Worth yesterday so I could sleep in some this morning and grab a shower. Only 375 to go. Will this Mclane take you in early? Appointment is 1am.

 

@supersnackbar .... Tell me this… How many days have you lost due to truck breakdown here at Magnum? Of course, any days you missed you got paid breakdown pay and ghost miles. In the same time, At Polly how many Days did you miss... say last year same timeframe? How much money did you get paid on your break down days? Just curious

Oh and one more question you say you're bringing home between 707 50 a week… That is after your health insurance is taken out correct?

Very good thread I have been following for awhile. I will soon be transitioning out the US Army and I plan on getting my CDL. I will have Magnum on my list since me being from NC and that they go through NC a lot would work perfect. I come from a trucking family so I know what to expect. So I am ready for this journey I have been loving trucks since I was a little kid. I appreciate the feedback you guys and gals put on here. Also I really do appreciate what truck drivers do because I know it's not easy. Everyone has a blessed day!

We appreciate what you do. A lot of Magnum drivers are from NC. I personally don't go through NC that much while I'm out, but whenever I want to go home its never a problem getting there. Other drivers I've talked to run through NC all the time though.

 

Whichever one comes up alon google maps is the one, it may be the right address if you are coming from TX, the one from Gaylord wasn't correct on people net or the bills. I can't remember the street name.

Langley is correct but you'll want to come in on Wright, when you pull in you'll be set up a lot better for McLanes driveway.

 

Its its just one CDL, and you'll want to get your tanker and Hazmat endorsement as well.
