Alright so when driving..whenever I hit a bump wether small or big...all the dash lights come on with that eerie sound...just like when the truck is off and your turning it on...and my gauges go from 0 all the way to the other side..and it's like the truck slows down..almost like it wants to shut off..I have yo take it out of gear and wait til it let's me put it back in gear...now it seems like even the super tiny bumps it does this!! I have a freightliner cascadia 2014...anyone have any ideas??!

    Loose connection.

Pop the 4 screws out of the instrument panel and see if the connector is loose at the wiring harness where it plugs into the instruments.

It's just one harness. Your instrument panel is just a circuit board.

Sounds like a bad ground connection at the battery or frame.

I second this, take it to the dealer and have them go through all the connections.

Check your grounds, start at the Battery then to the frame and engine connections, look for possible shorting while your there.

Thanks for all the info..it turns out it was a loose ground...I guess all these ###### up roads just loosened em up...it took an hour or so taking things apart but luckily we got it going..and so far smooth sailing..thanks!!

No, they were not tightened up properly to start with. Driving does not loosen the connection if it was properly secured to start with. S.... happens stay safe.

Since the lights were blinking, I was going to suggest checking the blinker fluid level.

A driver is not allowed to do that. It has to be done by a certified tech!
