Years ago I attempted to break a world record diving off a cliff. Someone had installed a sturdy spring board on the edge of the cliff. Seemed it looked like jumping off the highest point of the Grand Canyon. I walked out to the edge, jumped about five times to get a good spring, then dove off. Must have blacked out. When I woke up I was laying beside my bed with a smashed bedside table and broken whiskey and wine bottle and glasses scattered around the bedroom.
