Man Hit and Killed by Truck Driver

Owego--A Truck Driver of a tractor trailer ran over a man walking down the middle of route 17 early Monday morning, according to Tioga County New York Sheriff's Deputies.

They say 52 year old Michael Bush of Endicott died at the scene.

Bush was walking down the middle of the highway by Owego when he was ran over at 4:27a.m.

Authorities say charges will not be filed against the truck driver, 41 year old
