Man with both legs amputated shot dead by police

Those cops need to walk a mile in that man’s shoes, to understand his state of mind. Senseless.

What does it mean to stump for someone?
To campaign or canvas an area on behalf of a different political candidate, especially by making speeches to large crowds. The former president has been vigorously stumping for his friend and colleague across the Midwest. It will be a huge boost if we can get such a renowned senator stumping for you.

maybe he was a political activist, and was stumping away from the police..???

They shot him like 8 times. They claim a taser had no affect. C’mon! They expect people to believe a taser didn’t work? All the cops on scene, with multiple options for defense and subduing? Good luck with that, in court. There’s going to be some fresh pork in the pen.

 

So I hate to be critical of the police.... but you mean to tell me, it took 8 shots to disable......a disabled man?

 

Harder to hit at a distance with the lower profile...

 

Reminds me of cotton from king of the hill attached feet to knees
