I've been driving for Martin for 5 years. I just made a video called Martien Transport all questions answered. Not one time do I mention referrals or recruiting. I make videos for my kids and on the road.

There's so much stuff I'll try to name it all. We got a mileage bonus it's average for me $200 a week. Safety bonus $200 a month. Detention pays $20 an hour it's 15 minute increments. Layover pay IS 250 $300 on the weekend. 250 holiday pay. Not sure if it's 20 or $25 an hour local. A short haul pays like $150 let's say if you take something a hundred miles. When someone says your trailer is not loaded I'm like it's no problem. And they pay per diem.

What fleet are you on? I know they discontinued safety and miles bonus a while ago. So, new hires won't get that.

Martin offered me in the low .50 range for base pay about a year ago and I turned it down for being too low. They offered the same accessory pay as mentioned above, but I didn’t want to take the chance. I guess they do pay out the accessory money.

Not bad. A few of those checks were QUITE nice. I reckon you're on pace for 90-110k, depending on how much time you take.
