I did $1600 last time out which is not unusual but I've had $2000 weeks also. Its averaging $1765 over about my last 6 weeks out. But I haven't had any breakdowns. They also recently changed the weekend layover pay to $200.

Yes $100/day. Now it's $200 on Fridays, Saturdays and sundays.

The Indeed.com average salary for drivers at Marten Transport is $19.95 per hour.
That is above industry avg IMO since avg yearly pay for OTR is under 45k
But by your statements your avg $25+ per hr at a refer company? Thats very unique.

Check this out, I worked 52hrs last week & drove 1009 miles delivering 15 loads with a round trip of 66 miles per load. I made $1,450 for my 5 day work week which comes to an effective pay rate of almost $1.44 per mile. 8 paid holidays, sick pay, PTO, weekends off. No cost ins ( I pay $50 per week for premium above basic) I work someone elses shift it's $50 an hr. NO scales on rte & NO E-logs. Min base pay $27.50 per hr max base pay $29.17 per hr. And No sleeper on my 2019 Pete 579. I have to drive 6.7 miles to the house.

Marten sent me a text last week saying I could make up to 72k per year with them. LOL I have run refer before, 72k is alot of miles & hours & grocery whses at any OTR company.
I'll make that where I'm at now driving around 50k miles for the year. And that is not potential income based on potential piece work. NO ONE here makes less then 65K.

By the way my co- worker Don worked for Marten for 4yrs. Said his Best weeks were around $1200.
I'm sure that's what most can expect.

The question is how much is the CPM on that run and does SRT use a sliding scale pay system.

There's no sliding pay scale at SRT plus they pay by practical miles not Rand McNally miles. Mileage pay is based on verifiable experience like 0.42cpm & up.
