Marten Transport

My former trainer went over to Marten back in January and according to her she loves it. She mostly runs Southeast and manages to get home every weekend.

 

Actually it happens quite a bit on this site. Matter of fact I work for a company that monitors this site and in fact has fired a driver due to some things his was posting about what his was doing.

In addition to that, fake post are common and notoriously first and one post.

 

I must be too naive and have other things do with my time. I can understand if a driver runs his mouth too much and gets fired over stuff on here though.

 

About three years ago when I started driving I was having trouble sliding my tandems at a truck stop. A driver for Marten, think his name might have been Rusty, helped me and gave me a crash course on counting holes. I didn't know anything. He found out I was making .22 a mile at Werner. That irritated him. Told me I owed it to myself to find a better paying company. He told me he liked Marten for the most part. he had been there maybe three years and was making .41 a mile. it was all unsolicted because i was the one that asked him for his name.

 

I've seen some Marten day cabs running around Indy. I thought about checking them out since I never har and never plan on doing OTR.

 

I was with em for almost 5 years. Not a bad company. Just don't hit anything!

 

Anyone here know anything about the Marten dedicated routes for Walmart in Clarksville, Ar?

 

Randy Marten is a jack ### but other than that it's a good company to work for

 

When I worked for Heartland Express they had posted a drivers comments about H.E. in the driver's lounge in the Atlanta Georgia Terminal. If I remember right it was posted by Chrome Dome. So I am certain plenty of companies read what is posted on here. Plenty of them advertise on here don't they?

 

Marten as in MTS correct? A few of their tractors park in my yard and they like the company
