    Hey peeps: can you tell me some 411 on May ORI out of PHX?

    How long is it? what goes down? and I've heard of guys not making it? backing test or other?

    Going to AIT soon have no expierence, concidering May right out of school. Like the newer trucks And I hate the East coast, want to run the 11 WEST! BAM!

    orientation everywhere is the same, 3 days in the room, 1st day wiz quiz and skill course/road test, then paperwork fun, some trip planning, qualcom, basic company policies like all places, sexual harassment, etc...
    the skills/driving test is pretty simple, just get out and look
    just look at the other posts, its been discussed a ton of times

    If you go to AIT you'll pass. Very good school. They won't pass you if you fail. You'll learn alot

    .. And remember .. When doing the skills/backing ... GET OUT AND LOOK as many times as you want and take yer time, relax .. Thats what they are looking for. Its not a speed course.
